Zoutspruit is a owner operated Guest House on a working farm in the Northern Free State.

We are your hosts and have been farming with  Dairy and Game for the past 30 years and started Zoutspruit Guesthouse in 1999.

Mealies (corn/maize) Sunflowers, Potatoes and Pumpkin are produced on the farm, also Bonsmara beef cattle.

Since the start of the guest house it’s popularity improves every year.

The farm was bought in 1980 and since then many changes have taken place.

Farming and hosting the guesthouse are our passions and we enjoy to interact with visitors and enjoying the scrumptious 3 course home dinner with the guests.

Dinner is always a family affair.

We have 15 families working on the farm.

The Ladies working in the guest house are the essence of the guesthouse and they enjoy the visitors.

They ensure crisp clean, comfortable rooms for you to have a rest.

The dog is a Male Boerboel/Labrador Cross breed and his name is Raka - When you arrive you will see why.  Daisy is the female little Jack Russel, Raka’s buddy.
